Robert Cramer
Bob is a seasoned investor & entrepreneur with over 35+ years’ experience in building, running, and investing in technology companies. Bob was a founder, CEO and Chairman of A.D.A.M., Inc, a health and anatomical information provider, and spearheaded the company’s IPO in 1995 through its sale in 2010. Bob also co-founded ThePort Network, an early social networking platform company, which today is part of Canopy Workforce Solutions. Bob served as the Executive Vice President of Synthio, a contact data management company, previously serving as the Board Chairman until the company raised venture capital in 2015. In addition, Bob is a founder and former Chairman of Keenly Health, the creator of a touchless health monitoring system for seniors, and the current Chairman of SmartPM, an Atlanta-based construction analytics platform. Bob also served as the Chairman of the Board of the Metro-Atlanta Task Force for the Homeless for 15 years.
Matthew Rosenhaft
Matt is a seasoned CMO with over 25+ years’ experience running marketing, sales, and product organizations. He has started, turned around, and advised companies in 150+ markets. He specializes in adoption for emerging & disruptive complex technologies. Matthew has experience in all elements of revenue generation; from product lifecycle management to strategic market development to sales execution for accelerating complex technology market adoption and explosive revenue growth. He has an MBA from Georgia State University. He has extensive experience in raising early stage angel funding and venture capital. He also holds multiple patents in the wireless space.
John Patton
John has served in operational leadership roles in several venture capital backed and private equity backed businesses. He has had responsibility for building and managing all major business functions including operations, finance and business development, and has experience in a variety of industries including technology (software and hardware), telecommunications and media, traditional and tech-enabled business services, health IT and government contracting. John has an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from The Georgia Institute of Technology.
